We came down for the Morgan Wallen Concert and to experience Broadway!! This was the perfect place to stay. The place is very clean and comfortable. It was nice 2 full baths and 2 rooms perfect for us we had another couple stay with us so we each had our own bathroom and shower. Not far from Broadway just a 10 minute Uber ride if there was traffic it was 20minutes. The balcony were enjoyed our morning coffee. It was relaxing and quiet neighborhood.checkin was easy instructions were provided. Overall 5 star ⭐️

Convenient if you don't want to stay downtown with all the "wooooooo" going on. Like 15 or less min drive to everything mostly. Garage was super tight for our Honda Accord but there's alley/street parking so no big whup. thanks!

The location of the rental was excellent, convenient to everything we wanted to do and from the airport. The rental is cute and clean. We were a little surprised at the two sets of stairs that we were not aware of, but we looked it like exercise. We would definitely recommend the rental.

Quick Uber or drive to anywhere you could want to go but quiet and cozy! The beds were the comfiest rental beds we have ever had! Super cute record player with records and adorable chairs in the entryway. Open floor second floor was great because we were two couples and liked the spaces!

2nd stay in 3 months - this property is ideal, since it has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, for affordable lodging when traveling with multiple people. Location is great! Super close (less than ten minutes) to airport and short drive or Uber ride to Broadway. Will be back the next time I travel to Nashville and definitely recommending to friends and family.

Fantastic place to stay for my co-worker and I! So close to everything. And 7min from the airport made flying out so easy for a early morning flight. Kevin was great if we had any questions and the place was so clean and comfortable. Having 2 full bathrooms to get ready in the mornings was fantastic! Will stay here again!

First Visit to Music City
My sister and I were very impressed with this vacation rental. The rooms were clean, neighbors were quiet and beds were comfortable. I really liked the extra touches: artwork and the phonograph. Loved the stairs! We definitely got our steps in this trip. Needless to say, we would certainly book this home for our next visit to Nashville.

Location was ideally central to all/most of the places we wanted to visit. Too many stairs in the condo. You have to get better quality toilet paper and paper towels. TV doesn't have NEWSMAX or FNC! We left the place as clean as or cleaner than we found it. Oh, yeah, you need a Keurig. We brought our own.

The townhouse was nice and clean. You can drive or use Lyft to get downtown quickly. Only 5 minutes from the airport which is nice if you are only visiting for long weekend. Property manager was response and I received the codes for the garage and townhouse a couple days prior to arriving with no issues getting in.

Location was perfect
We did a lot of sightseeing around the area-into Georgia and Kentucky. The location of this condo gave us such easy access whichever way we chose to go. Great beds, kitchen was good. Only note of concern was that the garage was tight. We chose to park outside to avoid the stress. Everything else was wonderful.

Perfectly met our needs
Was perfect for our needs. We were two co-worker friends traveling together so wanted our own space as far as bedroom and bathrooms and this was a great fit. Lovely condo, clean and nice decor. Didn’t spend a lot of time other than to sleep, but was fun to have the sitting area in the landing with record player when we were killing time before our flight home. I will definitely stay again if available when I’m back in the area.

This particular propery seems fairly new or updated at least. Nicely decorated. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Kitchen was nice with a big fridge/freezer and had almost everything we needed. Nice to have a garage although we had to fold the mirrors in and everyone on the passenger side had to exit before pulling it. Pretty tight for our Subaru. Garage and house seem secure with codes for each. Easy access to downtown and the Opry area. Reasons why we wouldn't stay here again: 1 block over is a very sketchy part of town. First night there was an inebriated woman laying in the middle of the street right outside the building. Two nights we were awakened to gun shots. Only a single serve coffee maker. No tissues provided. There were 4 of us staying 4 nights and only had 1 hand towel per bathroom and 2 washcloths per bathroom. We had enough bath towels but they were small and thin. More of a Super 8 quality. The house was clean on the surface but the bathroom baseboards were filthy with dust and hair. Had black hairs all over 2 bath towels that were "clean". There was no blind or shade on the door to the little deck. Would be nice for privacy, considering the neighborhood and the close proximity to apartments next door. The living room has no lamps, so its either completely dark or a blinding ceiling light. There are a lot of stairs. 34 to be exact. Carrying suitcases up to the bedrooms and bathrooms on the 3rd floor is challenging.

This is a great place to stay, quiet neighborhood and close proximity to just about everything we wanted to do during our visit! Ubers were inexpensive everywhere we went, just be aware when they’re driving because it seemed like a few got their licenses a week ago (sketchy).

Quick Trip to Nashville
This property was very clean and suited our needs perfectly. We wanted to be close to Broadway and the Opry. Everything was just a short drive. It was very quiet and the beds were very comfy! There are a lot of stairs for those who might have issues. Thank you for your hospitality. Check in was easy as was checkout. Definitely would stay here again!
