The front desk attendant was so gentlemanly. Every morning the staff prepared a beautiful breakfast of hot items, fruit, cheese, and bread. It was a full American breakfast with additional sweets. The lady who kept our room did a wonderful job of making sure it was tidied up by the time we returned in the afternoon. The reception staff helped us find the most efficient way to get to where we wanted to go. It was so very clean. We never saw anything out of place. The decoration was very trendy. This property is located in the best area. We were able to walk most places. It was situated near a bus stop that could take you to the Colosseum. Please, take the warning: we were pick pocketed on the bus. They are trained professionals. Ask the front desk how to avoid this catastrophe. I highly recommend this property. The staff here was the “calm” that you need in this busy city!"
