Ultimate Estate on Acre of Land with Pool (across from golf course/near beach)

Summer 2024 almost booked up- but not to worry, we have two other amazing homes down the street available. One in Ocean Grove (9 bedrooms- 2 blocks to beach) and the other is an estate on over 2 acres of land with 7 bedrooms plus a pool house.

Welcome to this Ultimate Estate, sitting on 1 acre of land across the street from a golf course and just 10 minutes to multiple beaches (Asbury Park,Ocean Grove, Belmar, Bradley Beach and Avon-by-the-Sea)!

This 3500 + square foot home has 5 big bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and was recently completely gutted and redone with professional grade appliances. House both in wnd oit were designed to entertain!

If your renting for the winter months, this is a magical winter wonderland. You will feel like your in another country with the 100 plus year old trees towering over the house , dusted in white. It’s truly a spectacular scene.

If you're renting for the warmer days, enjoy the gigantic in-ground SALT WATER pool, hot tub, outdoor BBQ ( hard gas line) area with fire pit and all the outdoor games for both children and adults. Custom built in putting green, can jam, foosball, etc. You name it, it's probably there.

Bedroom descriptions:
1st floor: 1 trundle which is 2 Twin beds (sleeps 2)
2nd floor: master bedroom with King sized bed; 1 bedroom with 2 Full sized beds (sleeps 4) and has a crib; 1 bedroom with 1 Queen sized bed (sleeps 2)
3rd floor: 1 futon (sleeps 2), 3 Twin beds (sleeps 3), 1 Queen pull out bed (sleeps 2) - note that the 3rd floor is 750 sq. ft. (apartment like feel), includes a dining table and TV.

Family Vacation
We had an amazing time at this house. Very clean and has so much to offer for all ages. The pool was perfect. So much nearby for entertainment as well with the beach only a short drive and golf directly across the street.

Nice pool and family spot
Our extended family of 10 (including 4 kids ages 11, 7, 6, and 3) stayed for a week. We really enjoyed the pool and foosball table, and it's only a 10 min drive to Asbury Park (nice beach) and Ocean Grove (cute small town). It's not an upscale house but is nice for a family with kids. We had a few cleanliness issues but George was extremely eager to fix any problems and even provided us a credit for cleaning - he also fired the prior cleaners who did not do a good job so hopefully future renters will not have any issues.

Wonderful family getaway
We had a fabulous vacation. The location of this home is perfect, so close to beaches and boardwalk. The house is very nice. We loved swimming in the pool and hot tub was awesome. Definitely recommend this property. We had 14 people total. Wonderful vacay!!

Comfortable and Convenient
We stayed one of the hottest weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the pool! Spent hours floating to escape 95+ degree days. Highlights of the house: the large family room with smart TV; extraordinarily comfortable beds; as many pool floats as you could want; intriguing art work throughout. George was proactive in communicating, and when we had an issue, he addressed it about as quickly as possible. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in backyard. Easy drive to beaches if that's your thing - we simply stayed put in the backyard. If you're looking for food highlights: - Cuzin's Seafood, Marlboro - Cousin's Main Lobster, Asbury Park - Vic's Pizza, Bradley Beach - Buttered Biscuit, Bradley Beach - Cipriani's - 5 minutes from the house!! - We heard that Taka, for Sushi, was amazing, ut it was a 90 minute wait on a Friday night, so we didn't get to try it. Highly recommend this property, we would stay again if we are in the area.

Who knew the Jersey Shore could be so wonderful
Our first time to the Jersey Shore so we were very uncertain about where to stay and what to do We searched many VRBO listings to accommodate our family of 8 This house caught our attention and seemed to check all the boxes so we took a risk and booked it….and we are thrilled that we did In addition to it being big and beautiful as pictured , it was spotlessly clean, well appointed , comfortable and had a backyard pool and patio that were fantastic We spent many late nights mellowing out in the hot tub after a day of fun Thanks George for an amazing stay

Great Vacation!
We rent a vacation home every summer for the whole family to congregate and this was one of our favorites! Plenty of room for all of my grown children and their partners to spread out and have our own space. The house was clean upon arrival and felt homey even though it’s large. The owner George was great. It really felt like a home way from home for us!

This was a great house for our stay of three families. Centrally located, clean, modern, spacious, great pool, and the owner did a great job resolving any issues that came up. there is some traffic noise from the main road that runs close to the house but we couldnt hear anything while sleeping. wed love to come back again!

Great Summer Home with Large Pool
We arrrived with the house very clean and open. Pool was full but not warm, however, they had a heater and once turned on, it warmed up very well for the rest of our stay. The master bath had a very large shower for two and the master bed mattress was very comfortable. Fridge was very modern and held a lot of food. Ice maker was not consistant but the landlord provided an additonal ice maker on the counter that worked wonderfully. Living room was excellent with large wrap around couch, had a large screen TV to watch movies. We had 8 adults in our party and we had a great time!

Perfect for an extended family getaway long weekend!

We loved our stay at this property!! The home was exactly as pictured and described, extremely clean, spacious and well-decorated. George was extremely responsive and helpful, which made our stay very streamlined. The backyard is spacious and beautiful, and there is plenty of parking. The perfect girls getaway
We had a group of 18 women and everyone loved the house. There was plenty of space for everyone and it’s location couldn’t be better. It’s in close proximity to almost every jersey shore hot spot. I highly recommend this space for a weekend getaway with friends.

Great Family Time
Staying at this house was a perfect way to ring in the New Year! My parents wanted to have the entire family away together, and there was plenty of room to accommodate all 14 of us. My brother and I now have children in their 20’s scattered around the country, so getting everyone together is slightly challenging. The house is beautiful and a perfect spot for four generations to get together and have quality time. The home was immaculate, and the check-in process was effortless. George is an impeccable host, and we would happily stay here again or at any of his other properties.

Great gathering place
We wanted a mid-way meeting place for family along the east coast with room to accommodate a variety of guests and 2 small dogs. Being close to the beach and conveniences...and having a pool...were key. All of that and more comes with this wonderful home. Not immediately beach accessible, the drive is easy and the boardwalk abuzz. Outlet mall shopping and plenty of places to eat abound. Probably most/best of all is the incredibly friendly, generous resource, George, with an answer to every question.

Our Own Private Resort
We stayed here while visiting friends in Spring Lake. While we went to the Beach, we ended up spending more time back at the house enjoying the backyard and amenities (pool, putting, grill, firepit, games, comfy furniture, etc.). The house is also much bigger than you originally think, the hidden third-floor bedroom and lounge area was great for the kids. Kitchen is perfectly located to the backyard. Easy drive to multiple surrounding beach towns. We also loved Shark River Park nearby for exercising. We'd definitely stay here again.

My family had a fabulous stay at this lovely home. The host/owner was available and exceeded helpful. Fun for All...
Had a wonderful week with my family (adult kids and their bf/gfs ages 20-27) and our pooch in Neptune. Normally we rent a house walking distance to beach and drive to golf. Since all the men are into golf these days we switched it up and decided to rent this beautiful house literally across street from county golf course and having the pool was a bonus with this current NJ heat where they could cool off in the pool after. Some hit the beach a few days which was a quick 5 min ride (and parking was no problem) and enjoyed the pool the other days or did both! House was very clean, everything was new since was renovated recently, nicely appointed, a BBQ grill, & outside pool area is really nice and there were pool toys available. Location, although, not walking distance to beach (3miles), was still near everything. George was great. Checked in on us a few times and was easily reached if we had any questions. We will keep this house in mind for future vacations!
