Es hat Kältebrücken und kühle Luft zieht bei den Fernstern und Balkontüren ins Innere. Im Bad geht die Heizung nur gelegentlich und das ist den Vermietern bekannt gewesen.In der Küche tropft der Wasserhahn sehr stark und bis zu 3 Minuten nach. Selbst mitten in der Nacht blubbert der Wasserhahn von alleine los, was sehr störend ist.
