“Fireplace was not working, wall plug didn't hold a plug, no water in the shower. Sink drain didn't drain very well. Staff knocked on the door at 8am before we knew about the water issue. We thought housekeeping was there to clean the room so we didn't answer the door. Apparently they don't know how to use the phone to call our room and let us know about the water issue. Then proceeded to accuse us of stripping some pipe causing the water issue. Restaurant next door reported a water main break……
