Dude ranch on a budget

Rhonda and Bart were gracious hosts, and were able provide an exceptional property, with hands on ranch experiences. Very nice ammenities and home. Loved it.

It was great at the farm! The place is nice and cozy. We loved the game room and being able to horseback ride and feed the goats. Getting freshly laid eggs is great too. The location is fantastic for Brian Head, Parowan Gap, and of course Zion! We absolutely recommend this place. Rhonda and Bart are great hosts!

Great Stays for Holiday

We had a wonderful stay over the Christmas holidays! We enjoyed the peaceful farm atmosphere and appreciated the convenient location near the park. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

A slice of country heaven

Thank you for a wonderful long weekend!! Everything was BETTER than described and we felt right at home. The beds are super comfortable, very functional kitchen and living area. Convienent location to the kolobs and an easy drive to Cedar city or St George or Zion area. Our favorite part was visiting the chickens, goats, and horses. We can’t wait to come again.

Horses and goats and chickens, oh my!

My son and I loved staying at this property. We love animals so interacting with all the animals was our favorite activity.We enjoyed the large, indoor space to relax and cook in after our adventures. Rhonda and her hubby were very kind and personable. No complaints!

Amazing country gem!

This has become one of our favorite spots! The setting is beautiful - literally across the road from the Canyon access. :) My children loved visiting the animals every 30 min. we were there, and the rooms were as comfortable as our own home. Rhonda and Bart were very gracious and welcoming, offering tips for the best hikes with kids and making sure we had extra eggs and towels for our large crew. :) We can't wait to come back!

Awesome Stay!

This spot is so big, cozy, and adorable! It has such a comfy bed, nice shower, and large living space! The animals are all super friendly and were really fun to be around. The host was so friendly and accommodating, greeting us when we arrived and showing us around the place. I would have been perfectly comfortable with asking her for help/additional supplies if we had needed it. Highly recommend, and would stay here again! It was also so nice to be right by the Kolob Canyons entrance; this was a beautiful scenic drive!

The place was perfect for our stay. It was less than a mile from where our friends were getting married and we couldnt have asked for a better accommodation. Rhonda is lovely and her sons were adorable. We can't wait to go back and spend more time hiking the area as we did not have time this go-around.

Utah Family Vacation

Bart and Rhonda have been the best hosts! Loved seeing the farm animals and feeding the horses. The lovely appartment, is stocked with everything you need. They definitely make you feel lile family.

This location was just perfect for hikes in so many different areas - Zion, Snow Canyon, Kanarra, Kanab. The apartment was a fantastic layout for our family of 5. The host was very responsive to us. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. Wish we lived closer so we could come back often!

Girls Zion Trip

We loved our stay. We loved waking up to the horses and feeding them. We got to hold some baby chickens, which is not an ordinary thing for us. The place was adorable and the atmosphere was so peaceful. It made it worth the fact that it was a drive into Zion. Rhonda was the nicest most gracious host. She fit in very well with our crazy group.

Best VRBO experience we have ever had!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place and the host. The rental was spacious, clean, cute, and very comfortable. Rhonda and her husband are two of the nicest people we have ever met. The rental is literally across the street from the national park so it is very easy to go for a hike and come right back without having to drive a long way. I would recommend this rental to anyone wanting to visit the area and we hope to visit it again one day!

Most meaningful stay ever!

Cannot say enough about what a special experience it was to stay at Rhonda and her family's farm. Our kids will never forget it the animals, in particular the baby goats Salt, Pepper, and Cinnamon. I will never forget how gracious and caring Rhonda was to my family and just wanting my kids to have meaningful experience after meaningful experience. Thank you and we very much hope to be back some day!
