“Given that my stay was during the annual Airventure event in Oshkosh, the price was driven more by demand than by the quality of the motel. So, I paid $621 for a single room for three nights. “The building is structurally unsound. The entire structure is leaning, shower pan separating from the shower walls, doors stuck from the failing foundation and stairs at the brink of collpase. Black mold is clearly visible in the bathroom. The entire floor bounces from a failing sub floor. The outdoor walk way is covered with dead mayflies. Check in is not self service and closes when the bar closes. The process is purely manual relying on penciled notes on paper. The bartender was nice. No……
