flight was wonderful, the rental car was a nightmare
Flight was smooth and staff was friendly. The only negative was the Wi-Fi was very spotty and kept cutting out.
Yep. Really cramped into that aircraft from O'Hare to Appleton.
Do not like small, tight seating
Bathroom on flight had toilet paper roll on floor plus dirty. Gate area in Chicago was filthy, worn with tears in cushions.
The service counter in Atlanta was exceptional. He was great at the first check Point.
Quick flight, nice take off, nice landing, friendly staff.
Hard to hear when they are loading. The change of concourse at the last minute was also a long ways to go to get too with not a lot of time.
They flights were both delayed. We were kept notified about the delays. Not pleasant, but weather related.
