The property has a nice open space and having the Bedrooms further down the long hallway made it nice for those that wanted to go to bed while others stayed up later. There are very few bowls, pots, plates etc for the kitchen. We suggest spending 2-300 on inexpensive Walmart kitchen stuff. It would add a lot! Although there are lots of cabinets they are all empty. The house id somewhat in disrepair. ALL toilet seats are loose or broken. Numerous wall plates on outlets are broken. The air vents are hanging on to their slots, the ovens are barely installed and certainly not correctly. There is difficulty in opening and closing the deck glass door. Just not installed correctly. Many of the floor tiles are loose. The steps and walk to the front door are loose or uneven and are a safety hazard. These are not complaints FYI. Just wanting you to know about them. The communication was mediocre. We wanted to see about a later check out and were finally texted after check out. At that time we were gone. You offered a reduced 129 rate for another night but a ridiculous rate for a few extra hours. Just not very hospitable or logical. The house would be in the amazing category with minor effort.
