The property did not look as advertised. When we arrived, we were advised the room type we booked was not available. They checked us into a room on the 15th floor, that look like it had not been used or cleaned in years. When we spoke to the front desk clerk about it, his response was simply this is all we have, you can check out. Did I mention, this was around 1 a.m. in the morning, and for the record I called the hotel before leaving my home country to confirm my arrival and arranged a late check-in due to the arrival time of our flight. Long and short, we ended up checking out around 10 a.m. that morning and the manager on that morning fully reimbursed us for the room. Seriously, the experience was so poor I can't see myself bookings another one of these chains. This location is an insult to the Hilton brand. This was so shocking to us that we had to take photos of the place. We were originally scheduled to be there for an entire week, but due to the unlivable conditions moved over to the Westin. A completely different experience.

Room was dirty , nasty carpet , my bed sheets had a cigarette hole. The bottom of sheets wasn’t clean. Just thinking about it makes me want to puck. The drawers are old and dusty looking. Lighting is horrible and one night it’s smelled like back up sewage. I also have pictures of hole in sheet

The room that we booked it was fair. The air conditioning temp felt warm. I had to be relocated to a room at least 3 times. Then was relocated again the next day and decided to stick with it. The hotel is nice and beautiful but it's just with the air conditioning.
