Main things you expect from a hotel/motel like towels, TP, soaps and shampoos were missing or in poor supply/size. Loud, noisy, unsafe environment. Found a bag of Taco Bell trash on the hood of my car. VERY dangerous shower. Porcelain is so slippery you would think it was waxed. How we escaped without a broken hip is amazing. It was safe, clean and even had a basketball court. We even sat outside when it was nice out in the pretty grass. Liked that you needed your room key to access the rooms past the gates, friendly staff and only 10 minutes to the French Quarter. Downsides...
