Needed a last minute hotel and close to the airport. This delivered! Easy. The shuttle to JFK starts at 5am. I needed an earlier leave time but otherwise this was a quiet, clean hotel.

I was very unhappy with the hotel shuttle pick up 'service'. The code for ordering the service at JFK did not work and when I tried to call the number provided by my booking company this did not work. I was left with no option but to get a taxi to the hotel. The hotel reception said simply that JFK Airport had been told that the number did not work. The hotel is next to a sanitation facility and the area is very smelly.

This hotel was clean with newly remodeled rooms and bathrooms. The bedding was comfortable and breakfast was decent. They do offer free airport transportation, but it does end at 11 PM. We needed to Uber there as our flight arrived later than that. They were able to provide a free shuttle to the airport; it just had to be booked with the front desk staff. Staff was friendly and check in/checkout was super easy. There didn’t seem to be much around the hotel itself. We were able to do DoorDash to bring us food from Wendy’s. I would recommend staying at this hotel if you need an easy, clean place to stay connected to a JFK flight.

Room is smaller than my bedroom closet. Knowing about the $31 charge for parking on the property BEFORE committing to a non-refundable reservation would certainly have impacted my choice to stay there. Very deceitful!

I liked this property mostly happy staff good breakfast. The lady meeting us as we arrived was very friendly and helpful, and patient. The morning staff was helpful too but missed that smile that the PM staff hand, that made you feel welcome. Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles bread yogurt, hot chocolate and more. Definitely better then many hotels I've stayed at in US.

It was a nice experience although I booked an overnight after the missing flight. Staff were extremely helpful and advised me how to get the hotel expense refund from the airline! I strongly recommend Comfort inn near JFK!

It states that there is dinning and a bar when I went to make the reservations. When we got to the place after a three hour drive I wanted dinner and a drink. The bar was self serve and it you had to give face recognition. I got a drink for myself and my wife for 19.00 dollars. The food menu was stuff that was made to be microwaved in the back for outrageous prices. When I went to get another drink and the gentleman who was helping told me I was flagged because I already got two drinks in an hour but the machine still approved my charge. He overrode the transaction with his card but if he wasn’t there I would have just lost my money. He was helpful until that happened he didn’t seem to want to help after that. Overall everything else was ok for the few hours that we stayed there. A bit loud outside with people hanging out but it New York.

The place is great only if you need to stay a night close to the airport, very convenient free shuttle to the airport and it includes breakfast. It was clean. It’s an Ok Hotel Staff was very helpful and friendly Only thing I didn’t like is it was very noisy at night time in surroundings and we could hear everything in our room. It’s convenient if you need to spend the night, not for Vacation Purposes
