Fist, the room was so small, we walked in and we were already touching the bed and the desk. Second, there were barely any towels in the room. Third, there was a paper cup covering the smoke detector. Everytime we tried callin room service no one answered. Last, whne we were checking in it took us over an hour. There was only one receptionist at the front for about 20 people.

The Rickenbocker Hotel compliments the hotel well. Michelle at the service desk was the best and the service and experience she provided was above any I have received.

The property was clean and very accessible to Times Square. The property was clean and accommodated my request for early check in. Room had all the amenities Microwave, safe, iron, coffee maker etc.

The hotel’s location is just perfect. Majority of the tourist attractions are walkable from the hotel. The street in front of the hotel is not too crowded with people and it’s cleaner as compared to the others. The staffs were nice and friendly too.
