We came to visit our daughter who lives in Chelsea. It is a great location if you plan to do things in the surrounding area. Lots of good food options and the restaurant, Lulus, is great as well. This may be a NY thing but there is a $30 fee per day $10 of which you can get back through drinks, food, etc. The hotel, bar, and restaurant staff were great-friendly and accommodating. I rated the overall experience a 4 because the bathroom door didn’t close all the way which could be a problem for those who would like more privacy. We stayed in an accessibility room and there were no instructions for how to transfer the water in the shower from the had held to shower head. There isn’t a coffee maker in the room and you have to request ice. However, anything we requested was delivered in a timely manner. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Overall, we would stay there again now knowing what to expect.

We stayed for a second year in our trip(s) to New York. Really nice hotel, a bit quirky, great views from top floors. Many restaurants and lots of transportation options close to the hotel. Will stay again.

I really loved my stay at this property, Zaida at the check-in desk was extremely helpful. I will say that the room conditions were amazing but not immaculate, there were a lot of scratches on the kitchen counter and one of the outlets did not work. However, overall it was quite a pleasant stay with a beautiful room and view.
