I recently stayed at the James NoMad NYC and had a wonderful experience. One of the highlights of my stay was the spaciousness of the room. If you are traveling with two people and a service dog, like I was, I highly recommend opting for the larger room options. The bigger, the better! The extra space made a huge difference in comfort, allowing us to move around freely without feeling cramped. Before booking, I suggest checking the room sizes carefully, as some rooms can be quite small. Ensuring you have enough space will significantly enhance your stay, especially if you have specific needs or additional companions. Overall, my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and the larger room contributed greatly to that experience.

The room was very small, and no bath tub, just a shower, which was nit shown when looking at the pictures of the rooms. Also, the body wash bottle was broken and could not use, but luckily I had my own. Other than those minor things, the building was nice, and clean. I went to the The Seville, and enjoyed the drinks. I order room service for breakfast, and the food was delicious.

This is one of the best hotels l have stayed in , clean , spacious and the staff are so courteous and helpful. They have free coffee in the morning and wine and pastries in the later part of the afternoon, Amazing !! Highly recommend

Hotel staff were so friendly and always helpful. We only stay at this hotel now when we visit NYC every year. They have a great wine hour every evening that we so enjoy. Fresh coffee every morning and lemon water always in the lobby. Truly a great hotel! Can’t say enough great things about it.

After I paid my bill on check out I never got back what they had charged me for reserving. Eventhough I begged for a solution, they never did anything about it until I gave up after a couple of monrhs. There’s many other options to stay nearby, this one is not a reliable deal.

We've stayed at the James twice. First with our family and second time just 2 adults. The unique after wine and snacks are particularly great. Rooms are large by NYC standards. It's quiet and near both restaurants and transportation. The speakeasy in the lower level is pretty cool. Would definitely recommend.
