"Cozy & convenient!"

"The property and home were very charming, lovely views from every room of the tawny late November marsh landscape. Recent renovations provided creature comforts, and getting out to explore in-town Bath or out to Reid was a short car ride away. Accessibility for older family was great with the single level and low entry thresholds. Tina was great for communicating with- our best wishes!"

"Trouble with entering the cottage via key-lock system/mechanism, it is a bear to learn and to operate! Local rep had to come over to do for us. Please consider another entry and lock method. Elsewise, nice location, quiet neighborhood, and we appreciated the cleanliness of the place. Kitchen also fairly well stocked for cooking and serving."

"Pam and Dave were so welcoming and helpful for our stay. The location is amazing and we were able to get all out questions answered quickly! I only wish we were at the house for more time but we were out and about. They have all the good tips for the stay, a comfortable house and everything one could need for cooking! "Nice house in quiet location. Great kitchen!! Master bed was comfy except sheets should be replaced. The house is large with a huge finished basement. The TV in the basement was OK. The basement sofa is comfy but the primary sofa upstairs was uncomfortable. All in all... a very good property that could be great with better bed sheets and living room sofa."

"The location and house itself are great. We traveled with our Brady Bunch family, so needed a lot of beds and space, and this house accommodated with ease. Also had a fully stocked kitchen and starter products, which is always helpful. The location on the water is beautiful, but we were disappointed we could not swim off the dock.
