Hotel is brand new, everything is bright and shining, staff is great, they do all possible to accomodate and fulfill requirements. Breakfast is relatively basic, but sufficient and good. There is nothing around, just a gas station, but walmart and plenty of restaurants at literally 5 minutes drive. Pool and gym are small, but again, sufficient; overall a great option if you are visiting Legoland or need to stay in the area

Nice, clean room with enough space for bags and enough hooks to hang towels and swimsuits. The ac worked well. Breakfast was good. There were enough parking spaces. The gas station was a nice bonus as its right beside the hotel The only down sides were that the outlets between the beds did not work and the pool was very small. We would stay here again if in the area.

We stayed here for one night. We arrived late and the room we were given smelled like chemicals and poop. Like someone used that foaming rug cleaner stuff to clean up dog poop prior to us getting there. We used Expedia to book our room and paid in full before arrival. But when we left the hotel they charged our card for another room fee $256 and put another hold for $75. I called them check out day(Saturday) to have it fixed which they said they did and by Monday it should be credited back. It wasn’t. I called again and had to leave an email. I’m told it has been rectified even though I’m still out the money as of now. I was also told by the manager this happens when you book through a third party even if you paid them in full. If there is a delay with the third party paying them they automatically charge you. Super inconvenient bc I used points to get the hotel but still ended up having my cash taken out.

We enjoyed the 4th of July in Legoland and stayed in this hotel which is just 15 mins away from it...The hotel is well maintained and clean. The kids enjoyed the room and the pool in the facility. The price is cheaper than the hotel near Legoland. We will stay in this hotel again in our future trip in Legoland.

I booked through Expedia the day of the reservation. The hotel called me but didn't leave a message the hotel was full and i couldn't have a room. I have video chatted Expedia twice but can not get refunded my money because first the employee could cancel my reservation but not approve the refund. On Monday the manager would not answer the phone for expedia. I called another hotel in the area where our over night stay was lovely.

The hotel is in a nice area. The only issue I had was the noise coming from the highway at night. Make it hard to sleep. Also, breakfast time should be a little longer up to 10am at least and last the food runs out fast and they didn’t replenish the hot food.

First of all, finding this place was a real trial. We had 3 GPS systems working and it only showed up on one of them (the Garmin), and then only by entering the hotel name. The address did not work for any GPS, but instead took us to an abandoned location. When we arrived and checked in, they gave us a "suite" with one bed, whereas we had reserved 2 beds. I showed the reservation copy to the clerks, which clearly stated the 2-bed preference, but they did not care, because their computer said one bed. We took the room because we had to get ready for an event that evening, but called Expedia to see what went wrong. Expedia told us that Holiday Inn had made an error. Expedia tried to correct it by calling the hotel, but they had no better luck than we did. Expedia offered to put us up at another location with equivalent or better accommodations, but we had already moved into the room with 325 pounds of gear, and we had no time or energy to move. So Expedia made us a settlement offer that we deemed to be fair, and we accepted it. But no thanks to the hotel staff, who could easily have corrected the problem, but no, they were stone cold nasty, indifferent New Yorkers and they were not going to do anything to help. As far as the room, it is an overstatement to call it a "suite." Sticking a sofa-bed into a small room does not make it a suite. It was smaller than our master bedroom at home; no closet, just an armoire that holds only a few shirts. Holiday Inn never again!!
