" I informed the manager that I was medically ill and I was checking in to get some rest. I was immediately met with some disrespect from the receptionist that checked me in that’s how I ended up talking to the manager,once I got to my room, I fell asleep and I woke up and it was 11:30 PM and I needed something to eat. Everything was closed nearby. I didn’t want fast food and I ended up going to a local store that was open I purchased the frozen chicken burrito which I really didn’t want, but I needed something to eat. Upon arriving back at my room, I went to heat up the burrito and the door was locked on the microwave. Once I set my burrito in and tapped three minutes the door had a LOC. Display on the front of the microwave. I tried several times to open it and before breaking it and jeopardizing keep my deposit. I called the front desk and the clerk showed up and he was really helpful. However, it took him a while to replace the microwave because he had to assist individuals at the front desk as well as go find another microwave in a different room so my microwave didn’t get switched out till 1247 a.m. that’s when I finally got the chance to finish heating up my burrito and eating it which by that time it was 1:35am I informed the manager about my situation and my inability to get sleep and all she was able to do in Her words was give me a late check out. In my opinion I felt like she could've comped me an extra night
