"The hotel is nice, but our room was right on J Street. Ordinarily this would be ideal, nice view of the park (even though it’s predominately unhoused individuals hanging around), but apparently everyone in Sacramento needs to prove they have the loudest sound system in their car and muffler. It was so loud until 3:30/4am. None stop revving and screaming sound systems. It was impossible to sleep Saturday night. Sunday night wasn’t too bad with pretty infrequent recs/music blasts."
