“The breakfast buffet was adequate but poorly set up and planned. The pool area was very tight and had many local workers who came to stay there and use the pool with families. No seating really and very small towels and old which did not match the updates and nice room we stayed in. Great area to go for a walk around the Cawtawba River and for some shopping and great for access to Charlotte also. ”

“Everything was absolutely perfect! Will stay again when in Rock Hill”

“Affluent historic brick house mansion neighborhood, cute basement unit with large open feeling and washer/dryer in the back. illuminated kitchen, sleeping area and bathroom with ambient lighting for a super cozy feel, very private feeling, street parking is plentiful, not a full neighborhood at all, communication with property mgmt is great they had coffee and filters delivered to me within 2hrs. Will stay again :)”

“Doug was an amazing host. Great communication. We truly enjoyed the space. We intend to return to same spot again next year. Wonderful location. ”

“This property was convenient to my family members who live in Southpark. The place was quiet and convenient to a grocery store, starbucks, and walgreens. There is a washer/dryer in the unit which is convenient as we stayed several days. It is a nice 2 BR setup with a couch in the living room - my only suggestion is to perhaps add a couple of single beds to the second bedroom to accomodate larger families.”

“Check in was easy and rental was very clean.”

“This property was in a beautiful area. The neighborhood is safe and near restaurants and shops. It's definitely a walking town. The apartment was very clean and has a lovely deck that we enjoyed every evening. I highly recommend the National White Water Rafting Center, Optimist Hall for food as well as Noble Smoke for BBQ.”

“This was a great place to stay and we will definitely stay again when we are back in the area. Great neighborhood, walkable to everything! Grocery store, breakfast places, tavern and a juice bar right at the end of the street. South End, Atherton Mills, light rail all within walking distance through beautiful neighborhood. The property itself had everything we needed and plenty of space for 2 people with a great screened in porch. We ended up extending our stay. The host was responsive and easy...

“Everything was great! ”

“The location of the apartment in Dilworth was perfect for us as we spent much of our town in South End. Great for walking, shopping and enjoying restaurants and bars. We would definitely stay here again. Check in, check out and parking were super easy. One thing I would note is that there were not enough outlets for today's connected world. A few more extension cords would be of help. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay.”

“Beautiful property, check in was a breeze and the owners were very responsive!”

“The 2 units served our needs but there were issues and we did not get what we expected. Overall fine, but i will choose other options next time.”

“Cozy and quaint apartments. We rented 3 for those attending a conference nearby. LOVED it!We didn't see anything about 1 unit being upstairs, so the stairs could have been a big problem if we couldn't rearrange roomies.”
