Custom-built home is located in The Peaks. The home overlooks the Sunday River Ski Resort mountains. This view is spectacular at any time of the year!
You are minutes from the slopes, great local Breweries, Restaurants, historic Bethel Village, Sunday River Golf Club, and Sunday River Brewing Co.
Whether you are relaxing on the deck, lounging poolside, roasting marshmellows under the stars, soaking in the hot tub, or enjoying the game room and bar, this home will not disappoint! It has everything to create the most incredible vacation memories.
The home sleeps 16 people (10 adult maximum). Pets considered in winter.
A beautiful main floor master bedroom with king-size bed and a huge master bath, walk-in shower, jacuzzi tub, and walk-in closet.
4 upstairs bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds. 1 bedroom with a full-size bed. 1 bedroom with 2 full-size beds. 2 full bathrooms upstairs.
The bunkbed room in the walk out basement has 5 twin beds and 1 full bed and is adjacent to a full bathroom and the game room.
There is a fully stocked kitchen, walk-in pantry with many small appliances including a coffee maker, crockpot, lobster pot and serve ware, gas cooktop, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, and 2 refrigerators make this kitchen perfect for large groups.
The living room is spacious and comfortable with a TV, DVD player, gas fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and of course, floor-to-ceiling windows to take in the breathtaking view. Sliding doors lead you outside to a spacious wooden deck with a dining table for 8 and patio seating.
The downstairs game room has a full bar area, billiard table, ping pong table, large screen TV with DVD player, games, puzzles, and DVD movies. Sliding doors connect you to the hot tub and pool area.
We also have a large capacity washer and dryer in the mudroom adjoining the two-car garage and another set in the basement.

Gorgeous house and views
We loved our stay! This house is beautiful and has everything needed for a wonderful ski vacation. So close to skiing. Views are incredible. Very clear instructions. Celebration week
Myself & 6 other women went to celebrate turning 60 this year. The house is exactly as picture. The view is amazing. The house has everything you would need(except oven mitts if they were there we couldn’t find them) We enjoyed the pool & hot tub very much. We spent a few nights playing pool & ping pong, watching movies in the downstairs game room. I would recommend this house to anyone thinking about renting it. Absolutely gorgeous views from this beautiful home. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect Sunday River Getaway
This house is everything you dream of. The master suite is stunning, bed is super comfortable. The views of the mountain are incredible. The house was spotless on arrival and the check in process was seamless. We would absolutely stay again and perhaps come in the summer to use the pool and outdoor space as well.

Couldn't have asked for a better spot for our holiday getaway

Great view great stay!
Super nice house, fabulous view and everything is high quality! Everyone in my group were super impressed and satisfied with our stay. We were even thinking to come back again next year! The house and the kitchen has everything you need. Hot tub is definitely a sparkle. So relaxing after a whole day ski. Rooms and restrooms are clean. Living room is cozy. Overall, we are so satisfied to having a family reunion in this house!

Sunday River Ski Trip
Great rental for our family/extended family annual pre holiday ski trip. House is wonderful, very well stocked with all expectations met or exceeded. Having 2 dishwashers and 2+ sets of dinnerware/utensils was awesome. We received 2ft of snow our first night & were so grateful to be able to use the garage! Having 4 wheel drive is a must- The plows took awhile to reach our driveway but we were able to shovel out enough to get to the mountain by midday. The generator was a lifesaver. The hot tub at the end of the day and the Mountain View’s were amazing. Our favorite rental so far- we will be back! Ps we had no real need to contact the hosts but they were very responsive to any questions or just to reach out to check in- thank you!

We loved our stay at this property! The house was not only beautiful but perfectly maintained, clean, and inviting. It had everything we needed and more! The owners were available for questions if needed and we were pleasantly surprised they left the pool open for us to use. The kids and the adults had a blast using it as well as the hot tub. It was much appreciated they left it open for us. We would definitely recommend this property!

Our group of eight adults had a great stay at this property in Sunday River. The house is beautiful and very well maintained, kitchen was modern and spacious, and several rooms to accommodate our group. The location was great for our trips to the golf course and local eateries, a short drive to everything. Also, the owner was very responsive when it came to check-in and questions about the items in the house. Highly recommended if you are looking to stay in the area.

A family of 16, from 1-61, enjoyed this property for a week with plenty of space for everyone. Highlights: *Heated saltwater pool & hot tub * Double ovens, dishwashers and washers/dryers - all we kept very busy *Master bath like a mini-spa experience *Kitchen stocked with a variety of appliances, spices, dishes, silverware. *Extra tables and chairs available in garage *Lots of pool toys provided *Multiple easy to use Roku tv's with lots of apps *Owners answered all our questions quickly *Detailed check in and check out instructions *Spectacular view and sunsets *Quiet neighborhood *Everything clean and organized. Kudos to the cleaning crew! Cons: *Not much of a yard, but the pool makes up for that. *No air conditioning but plenty of fans available Suggestions: *Replace the air hockey with ping pong *Upgrade corn hole game No regrets renting this place for a week with the family!

The property was just as described inside and out. All necessities from towels & linens to pantry staples were provided and were a blessing with our big group. We had children from 2 yrs to 15 yrs and they all were happy and entertained the whole trip. The pool area is wonderful for a summer trip the heated pool got hours upon hours of use. The layout of the house was great for us, with a great bunk room and basement area for the kids to hang out in. Kitchen was big and stocked, and the two dishwashers was a nice added touch as well. Overall there is really no reason to leave this property once you arrive.
