Friendly and helpful staff. Nice that the hotel is pet friendly. For the surcharge, a non-carpeted floor would’ve been ideal. For a non-smoking hotel, our room smelled of smoke upon entry. Does not have fridge or microwave in room but if you have a cooler, there’s an ice machine on the first floor.

Clean rooms & friendly professional staff

Pros: Close to restaurants and shopping
Cons: Bed was comfortable, the pillows were not.
Location: Restaurants, shopping, close to the Falls and easy to get to from the highway
The hotel is a little dated but the staff are friendly and professional. Rooms were clean.

Close to Everything!

It's a great hotel! The staff is extremely friendly! The thing I loved most about the hotel was that it is pet friendly! I have three cats, and couldn't find anyone to watch them while me and my fiance were on vacation. So being able to bring them made the vacation that much better!!! It's a 9 minute drive to Clifton Hill, about a 5-10 minute drive to Wal-Mart and about a 4 minute walk to the Canada One Outlet Mall!!! The room needs a bit of an upgrade. Better bedding, a bit bigger of a tv. But I will definitely be back!

Unfortunately we had a Hockey group in that weekend as all hotels in Niagara Falls fully book for the last couple weeks in January for Tournaments . Wshrm was clean but falling apart. Took toilet paper off and the holder fell off

Great Experiencr

We had a great experience at this hotel. Close enough to the main tourist part of Niagara Falls but far enough from the main strip that it’s still quite and quaint. Room was great and staff we’re very helpful and accommodating.

Extra charges

You pay for parking in an empty lot ridiculous... Heat was not on in some areas therefore pool was closed. Pay extra for a tiny fridge in your room

In Niagara falls it is quite standard to charge for parking and requested fridges , and we are also one of the lower priced parking rates for hotels in the city . Due to a mechanical error when renovating our pool unfortunately we had to close the pool for a couple of days to ensure as per health Canada the temperature was at a proper reading . We greatly apologize for any inconvenience this may have cause you.

V bad stay

We stayed for one night for new year eve. They gave us ground floor room which was meant for guests with pets though we had no pet. Room heater was so bad. Wifi was so poor. Will never book this hotel again. And they charged 10 bucks as parking fee too. Sorry guys but had bad experience.

We pride ourselves on customer service and had we been ware at the time of your stay there were any issues we would have tried to go above and beyond to rectify them immediately for you. In regards to parking on new years eve most hotels were charging 40$ for parking and it is quite standard for hotels to charge for parking as well throughout the year . However we decided not to hike up the rate for NYE . Although you were roomed on the main floor not all main floor rooms are designated for guests with pets . I hope that in the future you will try us once again.
