We enjoyed our stay. The room and bathroom were clean. The beds were comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was that the room was by the elevator and the elevator was loud. I enjoyed going to the gym and the breakfast was very nice. Coffee was good

Upon entry we were welcomed by concierge staff. We got all checked with no flaws. Room was cool and comfortable. Shower was convenient with complimentary shampoo, and body wash. Slept well all night. Able to receive our breakfast in the morning without having to wait for a table. Checked out without a problem as everything was already done on the phone.

This property is well maintained and very convenient for visitors coming to visit Niagara Falls. The breakfast is amazing and very delicious. I would always love to stay at this property and will always recommend friends.

We stayed here with my friend's family, total 4 adults and 2 kids. We could walk to the falls and take the bus anywhere in the city. We drove in our own car to the nearby historical town the NOLT Niagara On The Lake. The location is nice and very worthwhile for our family vacation budget.

This hotel seems to be newly built - everything from the bathroom to the lobby and amenities are modern, clean and in excellent condition. The location is very convenient both to Clifton Hill and the falls! Staff are friendly and the parking is fairly accessible ( although expensive) given the location of the hotel. I liked it and would return on a future trip.

We had a great experience. Check in was easy and friendly. We did have to pay for parking which was about $23 USD per day. Lot was behind the building and had lift arm gates that you had to use your key to access. Parking was fenced in. The room was clean and beds very comfy. AC worked perfectly. Bathroom was very small and difficult to move around. Breakfast was great. Had three pre-made hot breakfast options including sausages and two other sides. Egg dishes and some waffle/french toast options and fried potatoes. The warm options were dried out and over cooked. Cold cereal, oatmeal, wrapped muffins and croissants, fresh fruit, bagels and English muffins and all the condiments. 3 juice options and the coffee was surprisingly good. I asked for gluten free options and first day guy said nothing available. Next day was a different guy and he showed the omelet ingredients, which were safe. Potatoes were not. Then he found me and said they had gluten free bread and he even offered to toast them in the back away from the main toaster. That was amazing and I was very grateful. Had a small pool which was barely used. One elevator but didn’t have to wait too long. Hot in the hallways and elevator. About a 10 minute walk to Clifton hill. Lots of restaurants and things to do. We had a view towards Clifton hill and were able to see the fireworks from the 10th floor. We would definitely stay again.
