It is a house built around 1940 which has been consistently renovated in recent years.
Built on the slope under the Olbrück you can enjoy a wonderful unobstructed view over the Brohl valley and far over the Eifel.
The property has been lovingly renovated and invites you to relax. On the one hand you can enjoy the view from the terrace and on the other hand you can go on long hikes on the well-marked circular trails.

Rust, ruimte en mooi uitzicht
Huis was zeer compleet (koffie, thee, keukengerei, handdoeken, bedlinnen, etc.) en ruim. Vriendelijke eigenaar, warm welkom. Nadelen: lage doorloop bij keuken en slechte verlichting bij parkeerplek en toegangstrap, die ook lastig begaanbaar is.

Gemütliches Häuschen mit Charme
Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen, vor allem das schöne Panorama der Terrasse. Es war top sauber, ich habe die Küche so nutzen können. Das Haus hat Charme und alt und neu ist liebevoll kombiniert worden. Uns und die Kinder haben die knarrenden Dielen nicht gestört, das gehört zum Haus. Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche waren ein Traum, ebenfalls die Betten. Abzüge aus meiner Sicht: die Tür des Gäste-WCs im Erdgeschoss schabt über den Boden und einige Platten auf der Terrasse sind lose. Eine riesige Auswahl an Büchern und auch einige Spielen sind vor Ort. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!!

Charmantes Haus mit fantastischer Aussicht
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Komplett ausgestattete Küche, alles da was man braucht. Etwas älteres Haus, aber sehr sauber. Von der Terasse hat man einen tollen Fernblick. Wir haben Ausflüge gemacht oder uns einfach auf der Terasse erholt. Gerne wieder, besten Dank!

Wunderbar!
Das Haus ist super gemütlich und sehr ruhig gelegen. Die zentrale Lage war für Ziele in der Eifel und am Rhein eine ideale Basis. Die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche war für uns ideal, da wir gerne selber Kochen. Auch sonst waren wir mit der Ausstattung sehr zufrieden. Die Kinder hatten große Freude am Kamin und den Ziegen am Hang über dem großen Garten. Alle haben in den komfortablen Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Besonders gefallen hat uns der fantastische Weitblick von der Terrasse.

Wunderbare Reise im Rheinland
Die Unterkunft war ein Traum. Groß, geräumig mit einem tollen Kamin. Der Ausblick von der einladenden, schönen Terrasse war ebenfalls fantastisch. Tolle Ausgangslage für schöne Ausflüge zu Rhein, Mosel, jeder Menge toller Wanderwege und zum Nürburgring. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

fantastischer Landschaftsblick
Wir hatten einen wunderbar ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub. Der Blick von der schönen Terrasse ist fantastisch, selbst bei Regenwetter. Oder man sitzt dann im kl. Wintergarten. Das Haus hat große Räume, in denen man sich schnell wohlfühlt. Der Kamin sorgt sogar an sehr kalten Sommerabenden für Gemütlichkeit und Wärme. In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Die Betten sind sehr gut zum Schlafen. Vom Haus aus kann man sofort die Umgebung erwandern. Bis zur Burg Olbrück oberhalb des Hauses sind es nur 15 Gehminuten. Viele Ausflugsorte wie Maria Laach, Cochem, Koblenz, Trier sind schnell und unkompliziert erreichbar. Es gibt zwei nahe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und mehrere Bäcker und Metzger in den nächsten Ortschaften. Die Kommunikation mit Familie Hauptmann war sehr angenehm, verläßlich und hilfsbereit.
