Fantastic coffee with an easy Nespresso machine plus refrigerator, spa-like towels, lots of outlets and a fan. Never met the owner/manager but spoke several times over the phone and felt we’ll taken care of”

The problem was that we went to the address given on the confirmation but nobody was there to talk to. Since we had no WiFi available we could not contact the phone number supplied and nobody sent a reply when we finally had a WiFi connection. Luckily for us, one of the residents across the street came and contacted the people at Urban Retreats. "They gave me s room just in front of train station...I asked for a change and they said yes...and 3h later they said no...and the day after they didn't ask about the noise or how I sleep...
I chosed double room king bed...and they put 2 individual bed together, really uncomfortable.
It's a pity because I knew this hotel previously with a good feedback.
Unfortunately after this stay, I'll never back!!
