Upstairs a landing with a bed (80x190),
a bathroom with Italian shower, washbasin and toilet, two bedrooms each equipped with a bed of 140x190 with its storage cupboard.
Outside there is a parking place and 4 adult bicycles available.
Le Vieil is ideally located between the Herbaudière (3km), Bois de la chaize (2km), Noirmoutier center (2,5km). This fishing village has remained authentic. The accommodation is located 200m from Mardi Gras beach and 150m from shops: SPAR, press, restaurant, cafe
The car is not essential. Bikes are available.

Séjour Noirmoutier
Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine. Le logement est bien situé, proche de la plage et des commerces. La petite maison est bien équipée,les chambres confortables. Les propriétaires très à l'écoute et réactifs. Le seul bémol est le coin salon. Canapé et fauteuils.sont vraiment inconfortables Il s'agit plutôt d'un salon de jardin faisant office de canapé C'est dommage car tout le reste est parfait.

Malgré une météo capricieuse, le séjour s'est très bien passé. Afin d'améliorer le séjour, surtout par temps de pluie, le canapé mériterait d'être plus confortable ainsi que les fauteuils. Merci pour nous avoir accueillis

Séjour en famille pour Noël
Toute la famille s'est sentie comme chez elle. Maison très agréable et bien entretenue, déco comme j'aime, comme sur les photos bien détaillées. On a bien profité du sauna et de la baignoire balnéo, sympa en hiver!!! Merci beaucoup Mr & Mme Gautier pour votre chaleureux accueil, c'était bien agréable tout ça !!! On adore le Vieil en hiver... Séjour très agréable.
Hôte très arrangeant concernant les conditions d’arrivée et de départ, bonne relation de confiance. Logement très agréable et conforme au descriptif. Plage très proche pour les balades. Petite supérette fermée à cette saison, mais ce n’était pas un problème pour nous, car à cette période la circulation et le stationnement ne posent pas de problème. Je recommande cette location, idéale pour 2 couples.

Situation au vieil, au NE de NO, lieu de villégiature au calme. On pose la voiture en arrivant et l’on circule pendant 15 jours à pieds ou en vélo. Des vacances de tout repos.

À deux pas des plages et des petits commerces. Idéal!!! Le logement est propre est spacieux! Les propriétaires très gentils. Vieil est magnifique!!! Le fait d’être très proches des autres logements n’est pas un problème, nous ne les avons absolument pas entendu.

Nos vacances se sont bien passées.
L'accueil de la propriétaire est chaleureux. La maison est neuve et très agréable. Il manque des rangements pour stocker les produits alimentaires, qu'on dû garder dans les sacs, et des portes manteaux. La 3ème chambre est un palier. On pense que le forfait chien et le forfait ménage sont un peu cher.
