“Cute, modern room with a living area and a separate bedroom, which made it feel spacious and comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was great as well. Our unit didn’t face directly toward the Gulf, but the beach was just steps away, right outside the door, which was still very convenient. We had food delivered easily, parking was simple, and communication with the host was excellent through text. Overall, it was a relaxing and easy stay. We would definitely come back……

“Location, location, location! Walked down the street everyday for restaurants and shopping. The house has everything you need and a private yard on the water. Felt like we were at home.”

“Jim was great, condo was clean and well equipt. We stayed 2 weeks and would return. We found over 1000 sharks teeth at the local beaches! There are 2 clubs across the cove that play live music until 10 p.m.”

“It was definitely the hospitality. Paige was so welcoming and informative and helpful at our arrival. Everything was in perfect shape. When an unforeseeable issue arose, she immediately offered assistance above and beyond the call of duty to rectify the issue. And the result of her efforts was a complete success - she didn’t stop until it was solved. Thank you so much Paige! It’s no wonder my sister from Illinois comes here so often. Paige is like a friend you come to visit. The Inn is charming……

“Staff was friendly and responsive. Super low-key environment. Clean and as desribed. If you're looking for classy resort go somewhere else,but if you're traveling with kids it's perfect! One night some folks got loud at the pool and the managment dealt with in in 10 minutes. They have wagons, umbrellas, bbq, etc all for free use ”

“Hotel was great - location, amenities, service and cleanliness. Can’t wait to go back. The Rent A Car company -Priceless- was a disaster and ripoff. Located off-airport in a seedy area. Still waiting for reimbursement of $350 extra insurance they required. I’ve never had to provide a copy of the insurance before. Also lied about the need for an Ez pass @ $10.99/ day. Claimed we couldn’t pay at the toll booth. Not true. Took photos to prove. They are not returning my calls. Several travelers……

“Our stay at The Residences was phenomenal in every single way and our villa was incredible and so very clean and well appointed!! It truly exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to return! We loved everything about the property and the staff were all amazing as well!! Teddy in the valet service area was a tremendous help with our luggage and groceries and he always had a smile! The cleaning ladies always did a fantastic job also! I loved the small gym on site and the breakfast area as well.……
