“Three night reservation with arrival date of July 5 made through Expedia, changes allowed until July 3. Had a flight delay the morning of July 4, unable to make it to the property the first night. Started calling the property at 0800, everything said refer email, could not call and talk to a human. Tried calling Expedia. Everything was AI. Was going to be charged an ADDITIONAL $25 to cancel one night with no refund of the cancelled night. Tried to change the dates, still making it a three night……

Due to construction delays, we didn’t arrive until after midnight, but the desk staff was welcoming, reassured us that we parked the truck correctly, checked us in promptly, and offered us free waters (we were visibly exhausted!) The room was clean, the air conditioning worked really well, and the bed was comfortable.
