“This was our third visit to the property. The cottage is always clean and well-maintained with pieces of nostalgia woven in. We purchased a RV at the end of April and we still decided that we will return to this property when it’s not camping season. Hopefully, that clues you in to the charm of this property.”

“House was absolutely magical. The owners thought of every detail from the decor, to scavenger hunt on the house trials, and all the amenities for our stay. House was very private and close to Ohiopyle area (10mins). Would recommend to anyone looking for a unique adventure within the beautiful laurel highlands.”

“I had a peaceful retreat weekend at Spring House. The cabin was just as pictured on Vrbo. The picture windows in the dining room have clear views of the woods and the stream. I walked onto the deck to listen to the stream and look up at the trees, even though it was chilly outside. The cabin inside was warm and cozy. I would definitely stay in the cabin again in the future when I need quiet time away. It is also a short drive to Fallingwater, and I enjoyed a guided tour of the UNESCO world……

“Perfect location for a quiet, forested get-away. Very close to Falling Water and Ohiopyle. The owners added special extras that made us feel very welcome. The gnome hunt was adorable as was the lofted bedroom area. Such a serene setting. Would highly recommend the Ohiopyle Treehouse. We would love to return!”

“We were a group of 16 with one wheel chair person and people from all around the USA. Matt was great to communicate with. :-). He was responsive and fast. Place was as advertised. It's a great 80's retro place. There is some deferred maintenance but it did not interfere with our stay. The place had multiple fridges, an outdoor commercial grade sink, multiple BBQs, multiple TVs and lots of seating. The place has a commercial grade dual burner coffee maker. (what a great idea). “The bunkhouse was perfect! Beautiful, cozy, accommodating! Saturday went to the winery in the barn behind the bunkhouse, absolutely amazing! The venue was gorgeous and the wine was delicious. Janet the host was easy to reach and communicate with. Can not wait to stay again!”

“We had a peaceful and enjoyable trip to Pura Vida. It is secluded and felt very safe. The property was as advertised and very spacious, bigger than the pictures make it look. We had one plumbing issue that was responded to quickly. Highly recommended and we will be back!”

“Everything was in great working condition and was just what we wanted. Hot tub was great and had plenty of space for fires. My only complaint was that there was no sponge to clean dishes, which made a simple job very frustrating when trying to leave.”

“This cabin is beautiful. Perfect for my kids and I. Only one small problem. In the loft the is insulation coming out if the ceiling like snow the whole time we were there. I felt bad when we left because I left the one comforter on the bed because it was cover and I didn’t want to carry it to the laundry area. Once this issue is corrected this for be a 10/10 for me!!!”

“Everything was as described. The inside was clean, it smelled like smoke (fire not cigarette) but otherwise we were happy. The location was perfect for the 2 of us. We wanted to enjoy Ohiopyle during the day but wanted something quiet for the nights. We had our German shepherd with us, she loved running around the yard. Looking forward to staying again soon.”

“Great location. Quiet, minimal traffic and road noise. Washer/dryer was a real plus. The hot tub was clean, hot and not overdone on the chemicals. Plenty of hot water from the taps and showers. A few comments on things that could be improved that owner may not be aware of: Air conditioning broken- fan runs but doesn’t cool The beds are advertised as queen size but I am pretty sure they are double bed size Owner stored items in downstairs bedroom closet making it less useful.
