“The place was very good and the staff I met were excellent. I will be back. The property however needs immediate attention. It's understandable that the building itself might always need some upkeep, (heavy water damage had collapsed part of the front overhang), but finding, and more importantly leaving the entrance is outright dangerous. The hotel sign is not visible from the road, (only from INSIDE the parking lot),and the entrance sign is not visible at all until right at it. Leaving in a……

“Check in was at 4 we arrived at 4:10 when we walked into the office the ice machine was leaking and SMELLED. The woman at the desk we could barely hear but told us that the room was not ready and to wait 10 minutes. We came back 20 minutes later and she gave us the key and where the room was with an attitude. When we got to the room the door was wide open and no one was there but a cleaning cart was outside the door. We walked into the room and two housekeepers came up and said the room was……

“They overbook It and promise give refund. But they don't give me back the money. And terrible service. So slow transfer us to another hotel at 1 am. The staff don't show any sorry！”
