“When we arrived, there was dog pee on the floor, dog hair everywhere. Wasn’t clean, bathroom sink was dripping while using the toilet the leaking sink would splash you in the face. Black mold in the bathroom, our guests couldn’t even fit in the shower. No towels ready, activities weren’t working, flat tires, no batteries, outside fire pit/seating area was unusable. Completely disappointed, we were told absolutely no refunds. We stayed two nights and had to leave early. We had two small children……

“This is a superior listing. We just spent three nights (late March) at the cottage and it was extraordinary. We've stayed in a number of accommodations on MV and this was, by far, the best. The cottage is adorable, super clean, nicely outfitted (kitchen is right-sized for the cottage and has everything you'll need). The first night the wind was up a little bit and we could hear the waves gently hitting the shoreline (that's how close you are to the water). Sunrises were amazing. You are right in……

“Absolutely incredible stay! The host is so kind and helpful. House was very clean. Truly everything you need inside for cooking and beach fun! PERFECT location really centrally located to both edgartown and oak bluffs. Located in a quiet neighborhood near Felix Neck with lots of walking trails, which was very nice! Could not recommend this place more!”
