"Great little private beach, that is within walking distance to local restaurants. Comfortable bed, with microwave and refrigerator. Our room was decent size, but the bathroom was a bit small. The bathroom was probably the worst part of our stay, but I can easily overlook that by the great view from the property."

"Everything was excellent, but the last three times we've been there ( every year we book two rooms for 1 week in August) check-in is supposed to be at four and for past three years we've had to wait until almost 6 PM. I just can't understand it. They make you leave at 11 o'clock in the morning on the dot at check out but the rooms are never ready until 6 PM so why rush out if not ready or even started cleaning until probably 4? As a courtesy, if they make you wait two hours, they should automatically give you a late checkout or give you a complementary breakfast?"

"Upon arrival the staff at check in was very nice. The grounds were welll landscaped and decorated with flower baskets. We stayed in room 8, a standard queen, right next to the dumpster, so if you want to sleep in on a Friday- don’t get this room. Trash pick up was at 9:30 am. That didn’t affect us— we were up earlier. Oh and no odor coming from it. The mattress was not comfortable, however, the room was cool and the bathroom clean. The bedframe was larger than the mattress and so of course I bumped into it with my knee- covered by the spread. Night was quiet with a hum of the highway and the air conditioning kicking on and off. The best surprise was seeing and hearing the sound of the early birds outside as I sat and sipped coffee outside the room at 8 am. We even spotted an osprey!"
