Dirty and frustrating
The condo itself has potential to be great. The rooms are spacious and set up for 3 groups of people if needed with each having their own bath (2 on-suites and 1 w/ a door to the main bath).
That being said there wasn't a piece of furniture that was not stained with most I was unwilling to sit on. The vents were all disgusting with tons of dark soot around them. One tub was clogged and filled up when showering.
We opted to not purchase the "linen package" which according to the description was towels. What we came to find out was that included all towels (kitchen and bath), sheets for the beds (you read that correctly, no sheets on the beds, but there were stained covers), no pillow cases (had protective stained covers), or floor mats for the bathroom. Getting out of the shower onto tile was a fun, expected task! Requiring guests to wash dishes, which is a reasonable request, was a little frustrating considering there were no towels or sponges to use.
Another frustrating point was paying. While the initial booking was handled online through VRBO any remaining balanced had to be done over the phone with a fee for using a card or done in person. Then were the upcharges for aforementioned "linen packages" as well as maid fees, despite there being a "departure day cleaning" fee.
The condo was in the condition I would expect from something on a college campus at a low cost, not for a premium for a beach front condo in a tourist town. I will not book with Elliott again
