“Worst experience. A few days before our trip the host canceled us via messages. It being coachella weekend, we had to scramble and find a different property. Our reservation was never considered "cancelled" on Vrbo and was still listed as a "booked" reservation. Hence why I am able to write this review. Technically if the reservation is canceled on Vrbo, we would have been notified via email AND guests aren't prompted to write a review. I myself am a short term rental host and know the back end……

“-After hours check-in process poorly explained. Luckily another visitor was there to explain the process to me.-Unable to use the pool due to the metal fencing being repaired/replaced. Lots of metal grinding, welding, hammering, etc. Metal dust and welding gasses in the air, extreme noise levels.-I had a ground floor unit. The visitors in the unit above stomping their feet, running around, all day and until past midnight. -Bedroom mattress was atrocious. Old, worn out, uncomfortable. It was like……

“The listing for this property clearly stated that there would be 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 sofa bed in the villa. The listing did disclaim that the actual villa may not match the photos in the listing, but it did not at any point disclose that the number of beds would differ from what was promised. Upon arrival, I found that the villa had 1 queen bed and 2 sofa beds--both of which were non-standard size and smaller than a queen bed. I contacted the host immediately upon check-in to inform……

“Great manager. I will be booking their listings in the future.”
