“The staff starting with the front desk, the kitchen staff, hospitality services, cleaning staff , the folks outside assisting with embarking/disembarking were all magnificent and treated me like royalty! Different folks were alternating between day and night shifts but kept up their enthusiasm and professionalism. Overall a magnificent experience!! The room was great, food was great, ambience was great, can’t say enough about how good everything was! Strongly recommend as the best place to stay……

“Staff went out of their way to help. My husband had an upset stomach and the kitchen staff was very considerate and accommodated our needs. The front staff was able to provide a hot water bottle and some basic medicines. Couldn't have been more grateful. Thank you.”
