“I have forgotten to take back my passport during checkin. On the next day of checkout I was super panic that I have lost my passport. I searched all my luggages and could not find it. At the end I realized the receiption has kept it. I am UNSURE why they did not return the passport to me to my room. A large part of the bathroom facilities are rusted making it a bit uncomfortable. ”

“Overall, it is a very nice hotel. Like apartment, you have kitchen, bathroom, living room and so on. Not so many choices but good breakfast. It’s not safe in Calama, so it’s a good idea to choose a hotel like this with gate and security. ”

“It was unclear where to park at first, but after day one I figured out that you can park on the road going to the beach pretty much anywhere. So no worries! Overall service was excellent and staff was very friendly. Room was excellent. Great views from the room of the ocean and the city. Can walk to the beach. The have bicycles, but they're a little beat up. ”
