“Great location”

“I visited Carolina Beach to help me heal from the sudden death of my 36-year-old beloved daughter 6 months ago. I had always stayed with her and her sister at the Golden Sands, but I thought that would just be too painful. I had a wonderful stay at the Hampton Inn for 4 nights in an oceanfront room. I read, sketched, looked at the ocean, and remembered all the good times with my child. All of the staff were great. In particular, I met the restaurant cook in front of the garden out by the pool. “Wonderful property. Very friendly, helpful staff. The restaurant makes a mean breakfast burrito. This property is very dog friendly. The only problem I had was the person above me was very heavy footed and had a dog and I could hear them walking around all night so try to get a room on the third floor. ”

“The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the moment we stepped into the hotel. They accommodate to an issue we had and took care of it right away. The hotel is beautiful, the view of the river walk was to die for. The hotel has different locations to exit and enter the building making it easier to get to the river walk and parking lot. There is not one bad thing I can say about this hotel. I’ll definitely be back to Wilmington and will sure be booking with them again. Highly recommend……
