"The front desk staff was especially friendly and professional. The room had not been vacuumed or mopped. I saw sparkly things all over the floor, so I bent down to see what it was and unfortunately saw bundles of hair and dust on the floor as well. Between the bed and nightstand there were drops of liquid on the floor that had not been cleaned up. It was late, so I just made sure to keep my socks on until I left."

"Check in was easy. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Only one elevator was seemed to be working with no signage or notice. Otherwise good experience for one night stay."

"A nice hotel in a great location. Staff are very courteous, delicious hot breakfast. There were some minor maintenance issues, like the toilet paper holders roller was missing and some stain on bathroom wall. But overall it was a pleasant experience for us family of four with kids at 14 and 11."

"The wait time for checking in and guest services were long. There was only one person attending the 2 attached hotels. She was running back and forth from one hotel to another on the other side. It sucks when companies could care less about service and more about the bottom line that they’re willing to work an employee to death to save a dollar and not have help for them. The hotel was beautiful though but service sucked."
