"For sure, I would give this hotel not more than 3 stars, The service from the start to finish horrible the staff never smiled, and could not resolve much , very disappointing. The only reason I choose that hotel, bc It’s very convenient and close to work."

"Terrible! Don’t stay here. Hotel is nice and in a good location but the music from the roof bar is awful. The walls were vibrating because the music was so loud. I called to complain and they essentially told me to go pound sand. Awful. Never staying there again!"
