The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to its sunny location. Available for shared use: garden shower, barbecue facilities and courtyard. **Location** Novigrad. The studio is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives in the house. near the beach Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property and on the street in front of the house. **Special** Air conditioning, heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via satellite. For your **safety**, the accommodation is equipped with a first aid kit. **Pool** All pools are available for your shared use.
