“We had a wonderful time! We rode the Aufderheide scenic bikeway and the West Fir lodge was a perfect place to stay. Great food, a comfortable room and a nice place to sit outside and enjoy a drink. We had a lovely time and will be back again. The staff were so accommodating and nice. Thank you!”

“The Property is nice, but our stay in Historic Cabin A left us sleeping in our car on property after we found a live bat flying around inside our cabin and no way to contact staff after normal operation house that ended at 7PM. I was assured by property staff the next morning that the fair would be refunded immediately and they were very sorry for the inconvenience on my honeymoon. 6 days later and I still don’t have a refund, and no returned phone calls.”

“We were just taken aback by the coziness of the yurt which was spotless. This is not a complaint but just to let you know the toaster oven wasn’t working and we couldn’t find the jacuzzi. Otherwise, it was a beautiful location. I think “glamping” is going to be our new thing.Thank you.”

“This was our second time at this property and we came back because we love it so much. We rent vacation houses about 6 times a year and this is the first time we have ever been back to one we had been to previously. My kids love swinging in the hammocks and canoeing in the lake. My wife loves to sit on the back deck by the fire. It’s very close to an amazing restaurant called Dueling Spoons, I suggest you go. And the house is so cute with nautical theme and huge windows overlooking the lake. We……
