“Great bungalow with everything needed. The sauna was a perfect addition! A few notes for host: Mattress is definitely due for an upgrade. Not comfortable. The front door needs a weather seal at the bottom. Hunted a cricket around for an hour in the evening before bed. Otherwise great stay. ”

“We had a wonderful time! We rode the Aufderheide scenic bikeway and the West Fir lodge was a perfect place to stay. Great food, a comfortable room and a nice place to sit outside and enjoy a drink. We had a lovely time and will be back again. The staff were so accommodating and nice. Thank you!”

“We were just taken aback by the coziness of the yurt which was spotless. This is not a complaint but just to let you know the toaster oven wasn’t working and we couldn’t find the jacuzzi. Otherwise, it was a beautiful location. I think “glamping” is going to be our new thing.Thank you.”

“This was our second time at this property and we came back because we love it so much. We rent vacation houses about 6 times a year and this is the first time we have ever been back to one we had been to previously. My kids love swinging in the hammocks and canoeing in the lake. My wife loves to sit on the back deck by the fire. It’s very close to an amazing restaurant called Dueling Spoons, I suggest you go.
