FIRST I’D LIKE TO SAY THAT THE LEAVING NOTES LIKE THIS BUT, WE EZEL THAT ITS NECESSARY. SECOND, THE CABIN IS LOVELY AND WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT IT EXCEPT FOR THE CLEANLINESS OF THIS CABIN. I WE USED TO BE HOUSZKEPERS SU WE KNOW THE INPORTANCE OF A CLEAN PLACE. HERES A FEW POINTERS FOR YUUR NEXT CLEANING SESSION. * PLEASE VACUUM THE HOUSE! CABIN. THE CARPET WAS DIRTY FROM THE MINUTE WE WAXED IN. * PLEASE WISH THE COMFORTERS WHEN THERE'S DOE HAIR ON TOP + URDER THE COVERS. * PLESE WASH THE MATRESS PROTETOR OS THERES A HUGE PEE STAIN ON IT. CHECK YOUR CABINETS AS THERES RAT/MICE POOP EVERYWHERE. HONESTY, IT'S DISGUSTING. WE HOPE THAT yOU TAKE THIS LETTER LEARN FROM THIS CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM.

We wouldn’t recommend staying here. On the plus side, it’s convenient to Crater Lake, the grocery store across the street had kind employees, and the Locomotion Coffee employee was precious. That’s about where the good things end…Our chalet kitchen floor and counters/sink were covered in mouse poop. The bathtub was completely gross and didn’t even drain, The main bed smelled of BO and sloped to one side. The whole place was swimming in dust. We would recommend driving farther out and finding a better place!

This is a great spot. We stayed in a cabin to accommodate our entire family and it was well worth it. Whether you are there to enjoy the local lake fishing or adventures in crater lake (70 min away), it’s a nice spot. Staff was wonderful.

Super easy check in and out, friendly staff. Our unit could have been cleaner and needed some maintenance. Several light fixtures had no on/off;, had to plug and unplug from electrical outlet; tub/shower drain needed cleaned so drained poorly.

This was a good place for the night traveling with kids. We only stayed 1 night. There was plenty of room and beds for everyone, and a full kitchen. The younger kids loved the loft and we loved being in the woods in our own cabin. The only downside was the bed in the bedroom was hard and the carpet had a slight dirty smell. Some air conditioning would be awesome in these little cabins. We just opened the windows while we slept. This was a fun change to the normal hotel experience.

This was a nice, big cabin, could have slept 5+ people. Full kitchen. Bed was pretty comfy. The toilet ran off and on which was annoying, and overall it was in decent repair. Not luxury but that's not what I was going for. If in this area I would stay again, but it's not very close to activities that I'm into, so not sure I'll be back.

Great Experience.

Everything was so clean and easily accessible. The lady that checked me in, was friendly and helpful. The bed wasn't comfortable for me, but you can't please everyone with everything. Thank you for a great first experience. I will definitely be there again, the next time I will be in that area.

The chalet was spacious and offered comfortable furnishings. However, the unit was not clean. There was dog kibble, hair, and pieces of garbage on the carpet and linoleum. Counters and surfaces were wiped down, but the floors and bedding were not cleaned. Glad we had sleeping bags and pillows with us.

Cute little place to stay by Odell lake or Willamette Pass ski area. Not much in the way of food nearby, but it was a cute, but plain, comfortable little cabin. There was wifi. Carpet was pretty stained and while we were there the furnace did not work until the repairman came, then in the morning our CO2 alarm went off, so we opened doors and windows to make sure we were safe.

It was fairly nice for the money. Ours had one bedroom with a double bed and the loft with three twin twin beds. There was a sofa sleeper in the living room. It was slightly dated, but I guess that’s what I expected.

After waiting an hour or so for the DirecTV connection to be made functional, we tuned into a movie, only to be surprised by a mouse running across the living room. A call to the office using the in-house phone to report the mouse went unanswered, and using my personal mobile phone to report the mouse was unreliable because of a poor service signal. My request for a full refund was honored.

The experience staying in a chalet surrounded by trees in a somewhat remote place is very relaxing and calming. The quaint nature of the stay is what I love the most. This is lodging back to basics but with awesome nature feels!
