“I was visiting and working close by! This was such a gem. Being steps from a Whole Foods was a huge selling point for me! Extremely comfy memory foam mattress and very clean. Great laundry units too and overall a wonderful experience! Highly recommend.”

“The place was clean and tidy. We could hear the children through the wall but they quieted down early. The gate is broken and needs to be fixed as it dragged on the sidewalk and the suitcases were not easy to get by. Overall we would stay there again.”

“The property met our needs. There were 3 of us. The pull-out downstairs bumped into the TV and there was no way into the kitchen when our daughter was sleeping unless you walked on her bed. Also, there was a technical detail that kept pinging us re; a 1 night stay (Check in - check out proceedures) when we were there for 2 nights. Was a bit concerning as we wanted to be 100% certain we had secured 2 nights.”

“This is the second time I stayed at this property because I loved it so much the first time. It has everything you could possibly need, and is in a lovely, quiet, safe neighborhood. A special feature is the smart TV that has a feature to automatically sign you out of any streaming networks you signed in to on the last day of your stay. Highly recommend this property.”

“Great little studio for a single person or couple, and we really enjoyed our stay. Clean, updated and modern, comfortable, in a great location, safe area and close to everything. We had nice cold AC during our summer stay, a super comfortable king size bed, full private bathroom, and a big screen TV. There's a handy little kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The app makes checking in and out a breeze, and the smart locks are a nice touch, very convenient and secure. “Very clean, new appliances, up to date technology, coffee machines with coffee etc. comfortable bed etc, no dishwasher though. Parking was relatively easy, however, the parking spot I was told was for guests had someone parked there for a couple days. But, not a big deal. Reasonably quiet, easy access, with the exception of the push button deadbolt that required a little guesswork. All told I’d return again. ”
