“They double charged my card, leaving my card negative on vacation. They clearly seen my bank statement and still would not explain CLEARLY what happened. They said i had to check out and pay the remainder balance, which i paid the FULL price the first night and it took out. She (the manager) said it was taking $535 out but when i swiped it took $867 out. I will never stay here again because of this experience.
