“House was very nice with plenty of amenities. Host was very communicative and helpful.”

“The cottage location is great for golf, less than 20 minutes ride to most courses. Also dining in Berlin is better than traffic to Oean City.”

“This house was perfect for us! It was so clean and well stocked. The kids loved the game room and bedroom upstairs. The backyard and screened porch were so nice to have. The owners really put a lot of thought and care into this home, and communication was so easy. We would definitely rent from them again!”

“It was very clean and comfortable a very beautiful property. Everything was great no complaints. I would recommend this property to family and friends. That is traveling to Ocean City for vacation. Mrs. Kim was a very pleasant person to meet. Thank u again”

“We had an excellent stay for an extended weekend. The location is great -- a very short drive to Assateague State Park with a beautiful beach and just 20 minutes to OCMD. The hosts, Mia and Kevin, were very communicative throughout our stay and were understanding of an additional guest. The house is beautiful and feels like home rather than a commercial hotel. It's great for kids given the plethora of games and toys available and the pack and play and stroller provided.”

“The place is beautiful and very, very clean. We had so much space. My 13 year old daughter loved the room she stayed in and having her own bathroom. Our dog quickly learned where the basket of toys was. The location was very close to the boardwalk and in town there were a lot of good restaurants.Bill made it easy to communicate with and gave immediate responses to any questions we had.We will definitely stay here again!”

“We had a great time. The house was nice, clean and was in a great location. We had a wonderful time! ”

“This home was wonderful to vacation in. The kids crabbed off the dock. The neighborhood was so nice to walk around. Took only minutes to get to OCMD. We all enjoyed sitting on the back deck and watching all the water activities go by. Would definitely book again.”

“Location was amazing! The place was really nice. It had a musty smell but it was fine after a day.”

“This was my second time staying at this property, and once again, everything was excellent! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected. I had another great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!”

“Perfect location to walk to Seacrets down the road and to Fagers Island right next door. Some suggestions to finish the renovation process- change out the thermostat, it just was a dial to show colder or warmer and we woke to temps at either too warm or too cold, put in a ceiling fan with light in the bedroom because it was so dark with just low lit lamps on side of bed, better screens on patio door, add a full length mirror somewhere. For the most part it was exactly what we needed. Loved the……

“Everything was perfect! We loved the location and the house. Secluded but not too far from everything. The house was clean and very comfortable.”

“I rented this property for three nights and 4 days from August 2 to August 5. The place was good but the price was a little bit high.”
