When we first pulled up to the hotel the gentlemen directing us where to park the car was very pleasant, but once I got inside to check in, the young lady at the front desk was very rude and short with her answers. She was not very approachable, and when I asked a simple question she spoke to me like she was speaking to a child, and because of her I would not visit that hotel again.

This was our third stay at Brighton Suites and we have been very pleased with our visit each time. The rooms are bright and very clean and comfortable, and the facility is located within walking distance of the beach and all the amenities of downtown Rehoboth.

Great location! Can walk everywhere! So many restaurants around! Only recommendation... bring a sound machine. Hotel isnt very big and you can hear everything in the hallways and flushing of toilets in other rooms. We brought our daughters and it worked!

I am a 56 year old lady who is undergoing chemo. I wanted a getaway weekend before res starting treatment. Stayed here they charged my cred card 250. Saying i ruined there carpet with crayons i said im 56 then it was make up. How do you fight this? They can just make up stuff and charge you. I left earlier then expected because it poured all day so the 2nd day came pouring i drove home leaving late at night i prepaid so i just came home. General manager screaming at me worse customer care ever!the 1st day and here
