"I travel alot with my family specially since my daughter is om a traveling Volleyball team sonwe stayed in hotels alot & we been on plenty of vacations to different places as well. In all our stays never have we ever experienced what we did here! I really wanted to love this place but couldnt bc the worst thing ever of staying in a hotel happened thats any & everyones worst fear! We woke up to freaking bed bugs in our room 5 in the morning on our 1st night! OUT OF ALL MY YEARS HAVE I EVER ENCOUNTERED BED BUGS! My daughter was ate up badly, very itchy & was swollen badly! And for the hotel to not only send 2 of their employees (maintenance & a supervisor) to come witness & see for themself & identified that its in fact was bed bugs & even killed a couple crawling towards them. It wasnt infested with them but we did count about less than 10 of them. Maintenance guy also stated it may have been from previous residence. I paid for 2 night Easter weekend & was only refunded my money back for 1 night! I refused to pay for a night to get eating by freaking bedbugs & they told me I had to wait til business day when they can get an exterminator out to also verify its bed bugs even though we had to of the hotel employees as witnesses that it was! Rather if it was or was it still was BUGS BITING US! Not til i sent them videos of the bedbugs & pictures of my daughter having bad reactions to the bites & how swollen she got to corporate office was when they decided to refund my money back!"

"The staff was fine, not overly pleasant but professional. The view of the Gulf of America from the platinum tower was superb. The room was just ok. No microwave, the provided coffee is horribly weak, and the walls are paper thin. Prepare to hear every conversation or other activity your neighbors engage in. Absolutely pathetic noise insulation. Bring ear plugs just in case you hav neighbors that choose to talk loudly in a drunken state at 3 am. On fence about booking here in the future."

"Beautiful, clean, new hotel. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Close to the downtown area and easily walkable to the shops, restaurants, and bars. We had a great trip and enjoyed our stay🙂"

"The location is very convenient if you're staying in Ocean Springs for the nearby shops and restaurants and it's convenient if you're staying in Biloxi because it's right across the bridge. We were looking for a lower price because we're not in the room much so it was the best price compared to other places around. It wasn't perfect but it was a good stay. Beds were comfortable"

"You can’t bring drinks/food to the pool due to them having a bar but the bar was never open our whole stay so when we needed water we had to go back to our room. Staff were friendly. Kendall was very informative! Rooms were beautiful! "

"The room was clean. The smell in the hotel was musty. There is no staff. have to call to check in. I paid for an upgraded room and was not given that room or told about the difference in rooms. "
