“Always love staying there”

“Staff at check in just stared at me and didn’t speak to me (despite my standing in front of her and her looking me in the eye). I eventually addressed her first. She didn’t apologize for my wait (I had stood there as she was checking someone else in for about 10 minutes). She said she couldn’t find the reservation for the person in front of me but then found it; she did the same with me. Not hospitable at all. The staff I left the keycard with the next day was very friendly. The bathroom……

“It was cheap, the breakfast was a joke. The room was mediocre. Typical for this chain… but I’m low key surprised they’re allowed to keep their chain affiliates with choice hotels with the breakfast being so disappointing. They wouldn’t allow us to utilize the pool (to be fair it was one min past the “closed” time despite the pool was located outside.)”

“Front desk staff was great. A÷ The bathroom was nothing to brag about...uneven ceramic tile, tub/ shower needed updating badly, floor creeked in bathroom and the next floor above did as well, AC was not cooling properly. Overall, I've seen worse but for the price they charge, it should have been much nicer. The online pics are misleading. The outside property was nice.”

“I like everything about the place when I stay there great staff”

“I thought I have reserved a King Assessable room. What I got was a room with a step in tug not a walk in shower. The only assessable feature that was for a handicap was parking spot in front of the door but not street level ramp that would lead up to the walkway. I will say that the receptionist Jasmin was very understanding and instantly issued me a credit.”

“Most cleanliness hotel on the coast!!”

“Staff was not helpful put us in a room with no ac in summertime then asked us if we did something wrong”
