“Roaches was crawling all in the room floor looked and felt like it had not been cleaned in days. Housekeeping was smoking in the rooms while cleaning them. Over all very nasty. ”

“The advertised pictures were a bit misleading in the way that the room definitely had that budget hotel dark and gloomy atmosphere. The room itself was pretty clean although the upholstered chair and some of the linens had stains. I was relieved that the air in the room didn’t have a mildew smell nor did the room have any humidity. The doors seem to need replacing. They don’t seal well and the lock didn’t work on the first room I was assigned. On a positive note, the parking lot is well lit at……

“Pre registration is pointless. Had to re register on arrival. Staff member on a personal call during arrival - not unfriendly but clearly didn’t want to be bothered. Room keys didn’t work at first - had to go back down so she could rekey. Door stuck, deadbolt wouldn’t lock. Paint peeling off walls and hand towel was damp upon arrival… no idea WHY. Paid $120 for what should have been $75 max.”

“Staff were friendly and great, they did their best to make sure our stay was safe and comfortable. The morning and night front dest staff were always available, the breakfast area was clean not must to choose from but it was a blessing and peaceful, I noticed older couples and children sotting in the dinning area actually enjoying themselves and family. Overall, my stay was great, you get five starts from me and thanks. ”

“The staff was very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, there was a power outage in the morning. Luckily, we were just getting ready to leave the room and come to breakfast. We were glad it didn't happen sooner.”
