PROPERTY DESCRIPTION Ground Level This convenient ground-floor condo features an open-concept living area anchored by a cozy fireplace and a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The space flows seamlessly into a dedicated dining area and a fully stocked kitchen, providing everything you need to prepare meals after a day at the beach. Sleeping Quarters Designed for privacy and comfort, the Primary Suite boasts a King bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom offers two Twin beds, served by a nearby hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Outdoor Living & Proximity Large glass doors lead to a spacious screened-in porch, ideal for your morning coffee. An adjacent open deck features a gas grill, perfect for alfresco dining. The home is approximately 0.5 miles from the Pavilion, pools, and fitness center—just a 2-minute drive or a short bike ride away. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. \-Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM.
